Unusual: It is a very small possibility that you can get pregnant after a tubal ligation. Since you got a positive pregnancy test, the odds of that go up! Get to your doctor or an urgent care for a serum pregnancy test.

Recheck the test: to be sure its positive. The figures are that 3/1000 tubals fail and the women become pregnant so recheck
