Need MD evaluation: PKS usually stands for Pallister-Killian Syndrome, but I assume you mean pollycystic kidney disease. I can find no association of PKD with low body temperature. If it is persistent, then you and your physician need to look elsewhere. Beta-blockers, clonidine and drugs for anxiety can do it, as can hypothyroidism.

Body temp: Hypertension is common w Polycystic kidney disease(PKD). Pallister-Killian Syn (PKS) = mental retardation+limp muscles+seizures .Body temperature is dependent on a number of factors, including how temp was checked. What is "normal" is actually a range, not a single temp. Oral temperatures of 148 people in a study in 1992 revealed a range of 96 - 100.6F (98.2 average,99% of them below 100F.)
