For Plan B, yes: If you are talking about Plan B, the answer is yes. Of note is the fact that it is not reliably effective in women over 165 pounds. If you weigh over 165, you should see your GYN promptly.

Are you asking about: emergency contraceptives? If that is the case, it may be taken again if there was another unprotected incidence of sexual intercourse. But, taking it twice for same event would not make sense. Please look into a sensable form of regular contraception. Take care.
