You could: Recognizing we may have a problem is the biggest part of the solution. Since you don't identify what type of eating or other problem it's hard to be specific with advice. Most people in the western world eat way too much, are overweight, and in bad shape. Another eating problem is anorexia where self image issues keep us from eating enough. Whatever your problem, if you see it, tackle it head-on.
