When semen enters the vagina how many days do you need to wait to find out if you could possibly be pregnant?

2-4 weeks: Home pregnancy tests can be positive from 2-7 days after a missed period (depending on brand and whether or not you follow the instructions). Until you find out, use protection to prevent further chances. Also, anytime you have unprotected sex, assume you are pregnant, and don't use drugs, non-prescribed meds, alcohol, or smoke. Also get checked for sexually transmitted diseases.
