Yes...: If you are having an increase in symptoms to include "gasping for air" you should see your physician ASAP. There is no need to wait for a routine f/u appointment if you feel something in your condition has changed. Take care.

Yes: Whenever your symptoms change sooner than expected (getting worse, especially) it is a good idea to see your doctor and get re-checked to see what is going on.
