Here are some ...: After ruling out UTI as reported, one has to make sure if you're able to hold urine or to empty bladder well or have over-drinking of fluids or consume bladder irritants such as alcohol, coffee, caffeine-containing beverages, spicy foods, etc. So, work with Doc and be checked out so to deduce possible causes for proposing reasonable Rx.

Could be..: Interstitial Cystitis or Painful Bladder syndrome. It can be a cause of chronic low abdominal pain, urinary urgency and frequency. Stress and certain kinds of food can make it worse. There is medication for this. See your doctor to see if this might be your issue. Good luck.
