Shoulder pain: Shoulder Pain can be from several reasons other than anti phospholipid antibody syndrome. In already established anti phospholipid antibody syndrome and positive ANA patients, there may be some increased muscle and joint pain as part of the constitutional symptoms. But this is not the common cause for shoulder pain.
