Abdominal pain: See a doctor. Abdominal pain with fever usually signals an infection, which could be bacterial or viral in nature and may require antibiotics. Where you live, the risk of typhoid and dengue exist. Worm infestation is also a possibility. Do not try to self treat at this point, a full evaluation is warranted.
