Doesn't matter: The answer is no. Three days before a miscarriage, a woman is already pregnant (she cannot have a miscarriage unless she is already pregnant). Pregnant women cannot become pregnant (just a fact of life). Finally, since she will have a miscarriage in 3 days, it doesn't matter if she is able to defy the facts of life and become pregnant when she is already pregnant (because she won't be, in 3 days).
