See physician: Epididymal cysts are generally asymptomatic. Pain near the anus is unlikely to be due to prostate infection. It may represent an infection of a gland in the perineum or it could be a thrombosed hemorrhoid (vein). In either case, you need to be seen and properly treated by your physician.
