Depending upon the: Severity, treatment ranges from splinting to corticsteropid injections, medication and surgery. It is important to have a comprehensive plan depending upon what stage the disease is in. Most start with a store bought wrist splint not too tight worn at night. NSAIDs if ok with nursing moms can help too.

Splint: If you have not tried it, a wrist splint can be tried and can help in some cases. If it does not get better with that you may want to consider being seen.

See a doctor: This illustrates well that, although textbooks tell you that CTS improves after delivery of the baby in 'most' cases, 'most' is not all, and in fact persistent symptoms are commoner than is generally thought. If it's still there after a month then it is quite likely to require treatment with splint, injection, surgery, depending on what has been tried already. Splints you can get for yourself.
