Taking a risk...: Hormones and ovulation are not 100% predictable - if you really do not want to get pregnant I would recommend that you discuss birth control options with your GYN. Predicting ovulation depends on cycle length (which you did not provide) so I couldn't (and wouldn't) hazard a guess as to "safe" time frames.
