Of course: Anyone having intercourse without birth control or condoms is at risk of getting pregnant. If sperm is deposited in the vagina then pregnancy is possible. Ovulation occurs before you have a period. Plan b would decrease risk if intercourse was less than 72 hrs ago. Otherwise check a pregnancy test is about 10 days.
