OTC meds for kids...: Cough and cold remedies over the counter are no longer recommended for children younger than 4 years old due to the serious side effects these could cause. Unless you use ibuprofen or Tylenol (acetaminophen) for pain only plenty of fluids and rest are mainly recommended for common colds. You may also use honey for on kids over 1 year old. Eye/ear?: This is a natural product; however,leave the medications to your pediatrician. I doubt any harm will be done since it is generally safe and no known side effects.
