For the past few months i've noticed when kneeling on floor my right knee will already be sore and have a bruise, without a reason any known issues of?

Bursitis: Prepatella bursitis(housemaid' s knee) is a common cause of this type of discomfort. NSAIDS like ibuprofen,if you can take them, reduce the inflammation. An orthopedic surgeon is best to evaluate,diagnose and treat you if symptoms persist. Wear or use padding over your knee if you must kneel on it.
