Dermatitis : If you are certain is from her sanitary pad you may use hydrocortisone. If not hundred percent sure sometimes a dermatitis and a fungal infection may look alike so you may add clotrimazole cream . Both are sold over the counter. If not better take her to her doctor for direct exam.

Rash: must be examined. Try a pea sized drop of 1% hydrocortisone cream apllied gently with a Q-Tip AM/PM. Avoid maxi-pads and try mini tampons. She must be examined
