Hmmm: She will likely take a full history and physical and possibly check your private areas, breasts, groin. Internal exams with women who have never had sex may not be done if the hymen is intact. I would speak with your doctor about your concerns. Good luck

First gyne: I am sure they are aware you are nervous and will do everything to reassure you. They made need to do a speculum exam but it should not hurt . Try to breath slowly through your exam and to keep your pelvic muscles relaxed .
