Most likely not: the risk is in the needle and that is changed since a disposable syringed and needles are used now the glove is to protect the doctor not you so thee is no chance of anything bad happening to you relax you are ok

Unclear: It's a bit unclear exactly what you mean. Are you wondering if someone used the same gloves on you as with a previous patient and then gave you an injection. If so, there is an exceptionally small chance, even smaller if no visible blood was seen on the gloves/needle. But to better answer this question, it would help to have clarification as above.
