See someone: If these are really petechiae, it could be a dangerous infection. If you have had petechiae diagnosed before, it could be the same condition coming back and you must have a doctor. OTOH, if they are just bruises, and you did something (like say biking or a fall) that could have caused small bruises, then it would be safe to wait.
