Health studies suggest men drink 1-2 glasses of wine a day. i drink 1.5 (split the difference). can this habit increase risk of fatty liver?

Not per se: Hi. The amount you drink is good for you (and sure makes for a nice dinner with your partner!). It will not put you at risk for fatty liver in the absence of comorbid conditions like type 2 diabetes, or bad genes. To your good health, cheers!
