At what point should b/p be considered an emergency? mine is 209/111

BP plus symptoms.: BP becomes an emergency when it is accompanied by signs or symptoms of ongoing end organ damage such as stroke / heart attack / active kidney damage / etc. The kidney damage issue not always easy to tell. BP elevation needs to be considered in context - what is your baseline, why do we believe it is elevated, what meds have or have you not bee taking, etc. You should discuss with your doc.
