See your doctor: There are many causes for periods to change - for some women it is not uncommon for periods to change - especially if they are under stress, over exercising, or gaining or losing wt. It could also be due to hormonal issues, especially if you are in your 40s or working with lots of women in the same office. In order to determine the cause you should see an ob-gyn and discuss it with him/her.
