Likely: It is likely that you will deliver early since your ffn test was positive and the baby appears to be getting ready by all signs. The baby should do fine at any point now...Good Luck

Very hi possibility: For that matter you should be admitted to the Hospital for observation and treatment and which has a neonatology team and a NICU department, familiar with taking care of preterm infants, as your preterm baby would require some respiratory, temperature and feeding support at this age of gestation until he mature to term.
