Not sure: start with a pregnancy test. If positive, see your doctor- if you have pain, then go immediately. It could be an ectopic or a miscarriage. If you are not pregnant then you need to be worked up for various causes of abnormal bleeding. This will require an exam, imaging, and labs by your doctor.
