Quinine: if the leg cramps are prominently in the calf muscles, and mostly at night, it's a benign but annoying condition . Several years ago there was Quinine tablets which helped a lot, nowadays it's hard to find. So I recommend Tonic Water which has Quinine in it , drinking few glasses a day may reduce the cramps. Also doing some ex revises and massage of Calf muscles daily .
