Maybe: Sounds more like a viral upper espiratory infection, that usually will resolve in 5-7 days. Only way to know if it is a strep infection is to obtain culture.

Possibilities...: There are many possibilities for your symptoms, including strep throat. It could also be a viral infection, a different type of bacterial infection, etc. The only way to know for sure is to see your doctor for an evaluation. Then, treatment can be given.
