I have pcos, and i didn't have a period last month. last period i had was 08/17, i took pregnancy test and it came back negative. so what do u think ?

PCOS: This is probably a result of PCOS. PCOS can lead to irregular menstrual cycles. OTC pregancy tests are very sensitive and if perfromed 10 days after a missed period should be positive. It can never hurt to repeat a test though as they do have a small false negative rate.
