Probably Not: Sure pregnancy is a very likely cause of missing your period but there are many other things. Particularly not ovulating, which would prevent you from getting pregnant. Take a pregnancy test, if it is negative then you are not pregnant. If you continue to have abnormal cycles make an appointment with a gynecologist. Also bleeding is quite common in early pregnancy so you cannot go by that.
