Need pro-evaluation: Any boy with the reported symptoms should be professionally checked out if he has UTI or poor bladder emptying or stone, etc. through reviewing his general and urinary, and GI health, his pattern of voiding and BM, mental & physical growth as compared to his peers + conducting physicals + testing urine and bladder as needed so to deduce possible Dx for proposing reasonable Rx. I am a 29 year boy, and don't have frequent sex,but my penis upper skin is dry & crakes. What's the reason for this.
I have a constant feeling of tenesmus, like I constantly need to pass stool and anal muscles are contsantly stimulated and burning in penis.
Whenever I pass stool some amount of semen discharge from penis. Sometimes thin & sometimes thick. Is it normal or any treatment required?
