Seizure log: Ask anyone who may live with you or see you on a daily basis to alert you to any seizures and/or unusual activity such as episodes of confusion. If you are alone and awaken on the floor or somewhere where you don't remember being before then that is important to note. A bitten tongue can also be a clue. It really depends on the type of seizure. If they're nocturnal then video yourself at night.
