Are antihistamines considered immunosuppressive drugs?

No immunosuppressive: Antihistamines do not suppress your immune system. Your immune system is made of natural killer cell, B cells, and T cells. Antihistamines do not affect their function. Antihistamines just decrease histamine production which is involved in response to allergic reactions.
