Change your shoes: Wedgies are not necessarily designed to be comfortable. The simplest thing to do if you want to wear them is to try different ones and find ones that are comfortable for you. You may want to limit the amount of walking you do in wedgies. You can also try stretching and strengthening your leg and ankle muscles. If all that fails, i would try a different style of shoe.
