Many possibilites: without an exam, I can only give general information, dermatologic conditions are hard to discuss without seeing them. and... athelete's feet (fungus infection) prob most common along with allergic reaction. BUT bacterial infections... especially in a diabetic ! can best be treated with antibiotics and prob requires hosp. if diabetic. Circulatory, or even nerve problems can also cause skin effects
