Not really: the implant can cause irregular bleeding. So if you have a lot of heavy irregular bleeding you can become anemic which will make you tired. But otherwise it should not make you tired directly. If you are bleeding a lot start an iron pill or see your doctor to discuss your treatment options and if needed a different type of contraception
