Looking good: On Feb 5, 2014, the guidelines were updated for blood pressure: 2014 Evidence-Based Guideline for the Management of High Blood Pressure in Adults those younger than 30 years recommends a BP of less than 140/90 mm Hg for those groups based on expert opinion.
