What the difference between physiotherapy and complementary therapy?

Physical therapy: Physical therapy is to use physical way to reach therapy aim. Includes temperature modality, mechanic way to move joint and muscle and electric or ultrasound application to reach therapy purpose. Complementary therapy are traditional ways to reach therapy. Such as herb medicine, nutritional therapy, massage, acupuncture etc. There are cross coverage between the two kind therapy ways.
