Yes, but ...: The values you quote are normal except the morphology value suggests the lab did not use the most up-to-date standard of "strict morphology". Further, there are additional sperm tests sometimes used if you are not achieving pregnancy in a normal number of months. Conception is a "team sport" and the fertility potential of your partner is just as important. See a specialist for details.
