We do not know: In chinese hospitals, cancer patients have a choice to be treated with conventional medicine or herbal/oriental medicines. According to chinese doctors patients do respond to herbal medicine though there is no scientific proof. Chinese medicine is based on good and evil.

Unlikely: I am not aware of controlled trials of oriental medicine for the treatment of cancer, therefore can not answer your question. I trust you mean to ask if oriental medicine helps patients with cancer.
