Knee strengthening: Whether it is the kneecap, or the internal knee, which feels unstable, generally knee strengthening can stabilize the joint. Quadriceps and hamstring strengthening is very helpful. Physical therapy can help. If it continues, orthopedic evaluation would be helpful.
