I am not sure what you are riding - a bicycle or a motorcycle? If it only hurts when you ride and not at any other time, then it is something you do with the handles. If it is only the joint itself that hurts, it is likely how you are leaning on the handles or operating the motorcycle/bike gears. If it is actually in the muscle near the elbow it is likely that you are tensing the muscle too much.
