Diskettes are only: to be used in drug treatment programs, not for the treatment of pain. In programs, the diskette is generally dissolved in water, in part to assure that you are taking your entire dose under observation and not "cheeking" or "lipping" the dose to use later or divert to others. They are not supposed to be prescribed for pain patients. If this is prescribed, talk to MD; if not, STOP & get help.

Dissolve them: better absorption is attained when they are dissolved in liquid. Your program should be telling you all this information.
