A member asked:

My grandson was just diagnosed with ebsteins anomaly. is this dangerous? what can be done for him?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Depends: There is a remarkably wide variation in the severity of EA from severely ill, cyanotic newborns to incidental finding later in life and everything in-between. When severe, surgical repair and replacement of the tricuspid valve should be considered. Best wishes to him.
