Dangerous: Head trauma from motorcycle accidents are horrible. I can't believe people do that too. Perhaps they like the feeling of the air hitting them in the face.

Not so cool: Not very cool when you are in an ICU after brain surgery and on a ventilator. I've seen many,many people die on MCs from brain injury. There is a reason we call them donorcycles.
