No, but see a doctor: Limbal changes are usually subtle degenerative changes with age but it can be serious if you we're contact lens user or have any systemic disease such as rheumatoid arthritis . I suggest you see an eye care physician to make sure this is the normal arcus senilis which is normal finding and does not have a real correlation with cholesterol .
