Possible neuropathy: Tingling all over can be due to neuropathy. Can be cause by numerous things from diabetes, to vascular problems, vitamin D or B complex or mineral deficiencies, genetic problems, etc. This definitely sounds like a systemic problem & needs a full history, physical & workup by your doctor to make sure it's not serious & to correct any correctable abnormalities/deficiencies.
