Soap/water: Clean the area well with gentle non-perfumed, non-dye, non-oily soap and warm water. You can use a little rubbing alcohol but that's not necessary. Keep the area dry. If there is bleeding, you can use a bandage. Creams of any kind are not necessary. Check the area 1-2x/day for the next couple days. If gets swollen, pus, or more pain, see your regular doctor to rule out infection.
