A member asked:

I think i may have laryngopharyngeal reflux (lpr). what are the best over-the-counter medications or combination of medications for this?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

2 meds: Prilosec, 20 mgm. before breakfast and dinner and zantac (ranitidine) 150 mgm. at time of sleep. High reflux or LPR often is associated with obesity. If the meds I recommend are not helpful, seek an appointment with a GI specialist.
