I have pain in both ear lobes what causes this ?

General check up: I will recommend a general check up with your PCP, he/she will conduct preliminary evaluation and refer you to specialist if need be. Your symptoms are non-specific and may or may not be serious.

Ear lobe pain: Do U have pierced ears? R the openings red, inflamed, swollen? May have infection that may require antibiotics, or may have an allergic reaction to the metals in the earrings. 14 kt gold or higher usually won't cause allergy, but dermatologist/allergist can determine if U R allergic to alloys. PCP can treat infection. Heavy earrings may also cause irritation.
