What is the best benzoyl peroxide? i am currently using a 2.5% and have abit of flakey skin will this go without moisturiser?

Benzoyl Peroxide: If you find that your current skin treatment is causing excessive dryness but otherwise is working, I recommend continuing to use the medicine, but try and space out applications. If you're using it every day then maybe back down to every-other-day and see if that helps and still controls the acne.

Short contact: 2 1/2 % is fine. Wash off after 1 hour. Use moisturizer if very dry. There are also other acne meds.
